Earth Day at Liberty State Park!

Happy Earth Day, everybody! With a name like StarFish, you would probably guess that we are stars. I mean, you would probably guess that we are big supporters of environmentalism, particularly stuff like keeping the ocean clean and being responsible about energy and how much stuff you use. Well, that's probably the second reason why we were asked to be the closer at the massive Earth Day celebration at Liberty State Park. (The first reason, obviously, being that we are the most amazingly awesome rock band for kids on the planet. And we were free that day.)

We turned in two sets of super-fun rock'n'roll, and the crowd was diggin' it. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I saw Miss Liberty boppin' a little bit behind us, but I couldn't be sure because of the angle. We had a brand-new song from StingRay written just for the occasion, and we also rocked out with a modified version of 'Birthday' by the Beatles, changing it to 'Earth Day'. Why? Because the Beatles ROCKED! Now everybody remember to turn your lights and computers and amplifiers off when you're not using them!
